What if I Told You

Okay.  So I’m a little bit bossy. Ha!

I tell people what to do all of the time. And, for the most part, they like it.

Or should I say, they like the results from it.

What if I told YOU what to do.

Okay. So not in EVERY area of your life.

That’s a life coach.

I’m this girl.

But I’ll have you eating more than salad.

What if I told you that I just came out with my second MadeEasy meal plan.

MadeEasy2 is breakfast, lunch and dinner all planned out for you for four weeks. Includes complete weekly grocery lists.

And for those of you who loved my first one, you’ll love this one even more.

Because the meal plan includes recipes from BOTH cookbooks, I’ve got which cookbook and what page number, next to each meal.

I’m telling you. People LOVE being told what to do when it comes to food.

IF they want to learn a new, healthier lifestyle.

I’ve got a few other irons in the fire.

And. They. Are. So. Good.

Here is a glimpse of something you’ll love.

It’s in pieces because it’s in production.

A weekly food journal pad.

I threw it out there not long ago (a generic one that I found randomly at a local store) and people went nuts over it.

What if I told you that you can peek into SavingKitchens LIVE every Friday!?

I just started doing this and am excited about the opportunity to speak to you and allow you to also ask questions on occasion.

I’ll have a special guest most every Friday.

Last week: I talked meal planning.

This week: I am discussing workshops, corporate events and speaking engagements.

Oh how I love social media.

If it’s used right. 🤔

What if I told you that I offer a multitude of special services.

Like what’s shown on my new postcard sized business card. 😏

Thanks to partnering with my business consultants at SparkHubb, LLC.

(Thanks Tonya & Cora! 😘😘)

I’ve got Lesley in the shop a day or two a week to give me the opportunity to go out and meet with people locally, handing those out and spreading the news on what this SavingKitchens is all about.

Thank you, Lesley! 😘

What if I told you that I have a Functional Medicine Specialist available to you to further assist you in your own health journey (after your kitchen gets saved).

Oh, you already knew that. 🤓

Rachel is AMAZING at what she does and I’m SUPER thrilled to have her on board.

If you stop in, you might be able to chat with her, as she minds the shop once a week for me.

You’ll be so impressed with her knowledge and ability to guide and direct you properly.

We both believe in holistically “treating” people.

It starts with food. That’s me.

And continues with a specialized protocol from her.

Yes. We having it GOING ON at SavingKitchens.

And word is getting around.

I’ve had several people come in the last week or two that has said to me, “I wanted to come in because I heard about you from so-and-so.”

Music to my ears.

And lastly, what if I told you that I have a new program that I will begin offering in the new year?

What I have learned is that some need a bit more specialized plan and I’ve landed it.

I’m excited to be able to guide people through that one, as needed.

I’m telling you, people are suffering.

With weight.

Overeating.

Inflammation.

Auto-immune disorders.

It’s. The. Food.

At least that is where it starts.

Oh. One more what if I told you.

What if I told you that I’m bringing an online program to the table in the new year. And a new book.

Okay. That’s a few new what if I told you’s.

I’m a business owner that SHOULD be developing new ideas. Am I right!?

And I have a huge ❤ in helping people.

Because I have and it has made an impact on more people than I could possibly ever count or know.

And I love it.

What if I told you:

Okay. No more.
